A serial entrepreneur, Richard comes from a long line of entertainers in the circus business. He set his sights on technology, early in his career, after a five year stint as a Navy Photographer, he started as an associate producer for a game developer known as Atari. Over the years his design expertise kept him clients like IBM, Panasonic, Sony and Sega providing marketing, advertising and packaging solutions. Verdoni also worked in the OTT space as UIX and Channel Producer for Digidev’s Movie and Music Network. Richard also dipped his toes in other ventures by assisting in crypto currency tokenization as well as the hospitality industry for several years by developing and operating a restaurant, including menu development, branding, social media development. Richard now has his sights set on helping organizations transition and optimize their operations using smart design and artificial intelligence.

After moving to Silicon Valley, Brent led major technology initiatives for E*Trade and was co-founder and CTO of a major alternative healthcare company. A seasoned expert in data networking and digital distribution with over 20 years of experience. He pioneered technology and business development in entertainment, starting as a network manager at UCSF in the 1990s. He was instrumental in designing the public internet and built the first high-speed Sonet digital network for UC campuses. At FORE Systems, he managed digital networks for studios like DreamWorks and Warner Bros. Crowley produced the first live wireless internet broadcast and directed over 100 live concerts.
